DAO 3.5 Installation

I need to find a way to setup DAO 3.5 on clients' machines.  The best way would be to use Install Shield (R) but I cannot find anywhere the setup.rul file (despite it was provided with DAO version 3.0.  

Where can I find such a file?

I had that problem, and URL
