Print certain format in Claris Organizer?

Can anyone please help me how to find out my problem with Claris Organizer?
I can´t print the "Filofax" - format: 3 3/4 X 6 3/4 inches when I choose the weekly view. I like to have two pages for one week (3 days on the first page and 4 on the second page. This format/design can be bought printed on paper by Filofax, at least in Sweden.
When I print the adressbook the right size do comes out. A miner problem with the adressbook  is that I cant find the way to "brake" the pages by the alphabet – I meen, I would like to have the letter A separated from B, B from C, C from D and so on.

My highest wishes is to be able to make my own design/layout together with free sizes.
Does anyone agree with me? How about to suggest this to Claris for the next version?

TIA
/Lisa

Hello again,
This was my first question in Experts Exchange and I realize now that it contained two questions.
So I only got an answer of the second one. However, it is the first question that is most inportant to me. - How to print the weekly view to fit in to my Filofax. - Is it possible to get a new answer to that? I would be mostly greatful!

Thanks
Lisa

Adjust the border edges to the size you want! the grid has to be turned on. Or go to page setup and try all and then go to documents and change the margins to match your format, it is hard to calculate so use a calculator. I also answered your first question too.

Hi Nate...
I know you answered my first question but it was not so comprehensive (is that the right word?).Your latest answer do seems to be much more of help. However, when I try the page setup (for the weekly calender, not the adressbook), the size I want is "grey" - can not be reached (???).
Anyhow, as soon as I find the time between my work during this weekend, I´ll try out your suggestings.

I´ll return soon, okay?
