Here is the code for the .dpr file, that should do the trick:

program NotInTaskbar;

uses
  Forms, windows,
  main in 'main.pas' {Form1};

{$R *.RES}

begin
  Application.Initialize;
  Application.ShowMainForm := False;
  Application.CreateForm(TForm1, Form1);
  ShowWindow(Application.Handle,SW_HIDE);
  Application.Run;
end.
