MS Mail Notification Message and Modeless Dialog Box

Using Think C, how can I create a Modeless Dialog such that MS Mail Notification Message will still display even when the dialog is active ?

If you are using MS Mail 3.1d then you will get notification of a new message regardless your active dialog

what if I'm using MS Mail 3.00a

I'v only been using MSMail 3.1 and up so I don't know how 3.0 works.  The best thing to do is try it and see what happens.
