Illegal Operation

After installing IE4.0, whenever after closing an application, it will say illegal operation: close or cancel. Pls help Thanks

maybe caused by incorrect version system dlls.reinstall IE 4.0    if installer ask you that "dll overwrite !!!"you do it.  good luck
