I have installed windows NT 4 but have just relized something.  THERE IS NO DEFRAGMENTER!  Is that something I have to worry about with NTFS drives.  Formerly, with windows 95, if I didn't defrag my drives at least every 2 weeks I had lots of problems with disk errors.
