Icon sizes with extracticon

If i use extracticon to get an icon from an exe,ico or dll file, How do i draw the 16*16 icon and not the 32*32 icon ?

Use API-call "DrawIconEx":

  Ex:
  DrawIconEx(
    Canvas.Handle, X, Y, MyIcon.Handle, 16, 16, 0, 0, DI_NORMAL
  );
