I am looking for commercially available automated test tools, along the lines of something called "SQA".  Where on the net would I find this sort of thing?

You can for information start at:

and then go to:
http://www.asitest.com/consult.html
to see what applies to you and ask for evaluation versions.
Finally take a look at:
http://www.inquiry.com/bg/ad/qats/
and choose the "products" option.
