Fist at all: BlueByte has released 2 Misson CDs (at least here in Germany)
"Siedler 2 Mission-CD" and "UeberSiedler" and I think one of them has
a map editor.

Looking in the Internet I found 5 more missions at
ftp://ftp.spieleforum.de/pub/Download/Level/cm_maps.zip

Good Luck on further search and have fun with this ones
