Need a pgm to make a HTML Table of Contents of a site

Hi all,

What I am hoping to find is a program that generates a HTML page of all of the links on our intranet site. Many links point to resources that constantly change from a page to a sub-page of links. This is what I need to capture. If a link page is placed at 1-c as a replacement to the singular page below I need to detect it AND it's new sublinks.

1 Title of first page
      a      1st Link and description
            1      link and description
            2      link and description
      b      2nd Link and description
            1      Link and description
      c      3rd Link and description
2      and so on.......................

Hope this description is clear enough.

I used a program called MomSpider (free) to verify my web server.
You provide to this program the first page to analyse and
he scans all the pages under it.
The result is a HTML page composed by:
Page name (title field and URL)
Links found in the page with status (ok, not found ...)
Like it is a perl program, it is easy to change the result like you want it to be.
