NEC 610+ Superscript Silentwriter driver for NT4

Is there a generic driver that I could use in NT4 to set up the NEC 610+ Superscript Silentwriter printer?  I have looked everywhere, and have been unable to find a driver.  NEC has stopped supporting the printer, so that's not an option.  Help?

NEC 610/&10+ has never been supported under NT, and never will (accordning to NEC)
