MIDI file on home page

Is it possible to load a MIDI file to my server, and have it play on my home page?  I use Netscape Communicator on a Win95 machine.  I am a HTML beginer.

OK - The HTML tag to do this is

&lt;EMBED SRC=&quot;directory/filename.mid&quot; HIDDEN=&quot;TRUE&quot; AUTOSTART=&quot;TRUE&quot; &gt;<BR>
Where directory is the location on the server of your midi file and filename.mid is the name of your midi file.

The value for HIDDEN can be TRUE or FALSE.  If it is TRUE then the midi control panel will not be diplayed.

If the value for AUTOSTART is TRUE then the midi will start to play as soon as it is loaded otherwise the person viewing the web page will have to use the midid control panel to start it playing - so don't have AUTOSTART set to FALSE and HIDDEN set to TRUE because then it won'y play!

Hmm, That previous message didn't do quite what I expected (all the special HTML character codes)  It should be

<EMBED SRC="directory/filename.mid" HIDDEN=TRUE         AUTOSTART=TRUE>

That should work!

Thanks Woodster! The second code work fine.  Sorry it took so long to respond.  10 extra for the timely response.
