Please rewrite your question. I didn't understand anything. You want to load graphic files? And what windows? Are you talking about MSWindows or about windows on the screen?

In order for a program to be recognized as a windows program, It must be compiled as a windows program by a compiler which will do so.  In Pascal there are several choices I know about.  First choice would be Borland Delphi as an easy way for a novice to develop windows programs.  Next, Borland Pascal 7.0 will compile windows programs but requires a greater level of knowledge from the programmer.  And it may not be available.  It is also possible to call dos programs and not display a window for them but I don't think that is what you want as there would be NO user interface then.

Again Delphi would be your best choice.
