Where can I get an updated "commctrl.h" that includes support for the list control extended styles.  The DLL is in use by IE4, and I need an updated header file to use these extensions, right?  I'm using mfc ver. 4.0.

You can get it from the Platform SDK. Another place would be the Internet Client SDK. Another would be Visual C++ 5.0. The top of commctrl.h should say version 1.2.
