How to run Delphi in Background

Can a Delphi program can run in the background (without opening a form)?  I want to run a background program which never opens up a form. How do I do this? (I'm using D3 with win95)

write every thing you need in the dpr file:

program Project1;

uses
  something;

{$R *.RES}

begin
do something...
end.
