i would like to see an actual schematic of an intel chipset.Can anybody help?

Using any web search, search for "Intel Secrets", the unauthorized Intel Site.  There is an article there on Intel Chipsets.  If you contact the author of that article, he should be able to get you what you want.

cymbloic, thanks, but what im looking for is an actual diagram or layout of a motherboard naming all of the pieces involved and their respective positions.
