Intersolve offers 32 bit ODBC drivers for DB2.  They are version 3.0 and they have an evaluation copy on their web site. The address is http://www.intersolv.com/datadirect/dd_dload.htm.

I have tried some of there other drivers (Btrieve, SQL Server, etc..) and they have worked with no problems.
