floopy driver problem

When I tried to copy files from floopy disk to hard disk,i got  following message:
   Sector is not found on driver a.
What's the problem?How can i fix it?

One thing you can do is run "scan disk" on the floppy.  Also I would run a virus scan on it.  Some viruses can mess up sectors.It could just be that the disk is bad.

I have tried both.Also I am sure flooby disk is ok.Beacuse when I tried  other flooby disks,I met same problem.But I can use 'dir' to see the files on driver a.
