How to use the CDPLAYER.INI's Disc ID

As you know on every disc you play with CDPLAYER the cdplayer writes a "Disc ID" (i.e. [DFEB4C]) into CDPLAYER.INI.
I want to know what's the function that creates the for mantioned code.

This alogorithm doesn't make CDPLAYER.INI's disc ID!
