Delphi 3 Texfile problem?

Using Delphi 3 and Website I found that the output file was not being created when running cgi.  The problem seems to be that the Stream will not create the .out file, although I changed the functions from fmOpenWrite to fmCreate.
Am I missing something obvious here?

Well you came really close...  use: fmOpenWrite OR fmCreate when making the open call

Both values must be present.  I suppose  fmOpenWrite + fmCreate would also work, but I prefer logical 'ORing'.

Solved one problem but led me on to the next.  Not ICampbels fault.
