I am writing a CGI script in perl.  Without access to a server error log it is difficult to debug.  Are there any debuggers for perl?  That is, that can run on my machine given a script?

You can install perl and some HTTP server (e.g. MS personal web server) on your machine, this will give you a CGI test environment.
