Access violation for BCB program

After linking,the program of Borland C++ Builder program
runs and has a warning message:
  Access violation at address 007C6FFE. Write of address 021E1970.
More information is:
   I find the process of DDhelp(Direct draw) and IME always
exist after the program terminate.
Hope any comment and help for debug the program.

Some process running at address 007c6ffe wrote to
address 021e1970 (Clearly a bogus address if your used to windows addresses).
From the address, its probably a .DLL or a large application which caused the violation.

I would launch PVIEW95 (its in the MSVC dir in utilities or bin or something)..and see who's located there, OR use SoftIce, and use a BPMX and that address which is breaking.. OR, let it natually fault, and if softice is broken, you can see which app. caused the fault, and 'STACK' can show you where it came from.
