mstcp vxd error when connecting with ISDN card

Hello,
when I use my ISDN connection, it works for some applications and not for other.
I can ping and traceroute any computer but when I try a ftp, it works until I enter my name  and my password; after, win95 crash and I receive the blue screen with a message like "error in vxd mstcp(01) +000088FA".
It is the same with telnet and IE: it found the site and when the site send data, it crash...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
