I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1) Load your region table
2) Make the region table editable under MAP / LayerControl
3) Select all of the regions you want to make into one. (Hold the shift key down while selecting with mouse)
4) Choose OBJECTS / COMBINE from menu bar.
5) Choose OK on the DataAggrigation Screen.
6) Save the new region object under FILE / SAVE SELECTION.
