I need to hack the AppleScript to where the flashing cassette over the apple will not show up while AppleScript is recording.. I have not been able to find the right resources file to do this...  Any suggestions for an alternate application for recording key strokes if this is a violation of copyright laws?? Thanks for any help given...

May i ask why you want to do this? there may be other ways around getting rid of the flashing dealie under certain circumstances. ive just opened up the script editor with resedit and like you said found no resource for it.
