Try http://tech.west.ora.com/win-httpd/

That should do the trick. It's free for non-commercial use. There area a few others out there that are commercial, but I figured that was not what you wanted.

Thanks for the info. Can you also provide the few other win 3.11  webservers that you are aware of as this is needed for a commercial use.

A list:

Windows HTTPD
(probably been around longest, free for non-commercial use, $99 for commercial use)
http://tech.west.ora.com/win-httpd/

Webreflex
(demo available, price on request)
http://www.sapio.co.uk/reflex/

Xitami
(16 bit version doesn't support CGI yet, 32 bit versions do, Freeware, might be worth upgrading the OS for :) )
http://www.imatix.com/

W4-server
(shareware, crippled, runs for 30 times, have no pricing info)
http://cam021206.student.utwente.nl

http://www.zbserver.com/ used to have a 16 bit version that did CGI as well, but I don't think they still support it.

Of course, for win95/NT there are a lot more options. :)
