i have a sparc ultra with 2x 4GB discs inside.
I installed online disc suite mirrored the two disc's.
On the mirror-disc i left a extra partition of 200MB free
to create a alternate boot in case of a crash of the first disc.
Can you please tell me what is the best way to do this.

Thank's in advance !!!

It seems the best way to do this would be to keep a decent sized slice on the second drive unused and install the minimum installation on it....then mount the other slices with normal data on them during a boot of the first drive which also has the OS installed on it of course.  Then when you wanted to boot the second disk you could run "boot disk2" or whatever and use it to get you back up.....Adam
