frames page to a non frames page

On my page i have a framed page.  but i want one of my options to be a non frames page.  Whenever i click on the link the page appears in the frame.  How can i get it to go to the full non frame page?

In your A HREF definition for the link to the full non frame page insert the TARGET tag and give a name: TARGET="name"

<A HREF="noframes.html" TARGET="Frames" NAME="">noframes</A>

Then a new browser will appear which has your full non frame page. Test it!

Actually there is an easier way.

<a href="http://www.something.com/something.html" target="self">

just replace your code with the above and it will work.

"http://www.something.com/something.html" should be changed to the page you want to access though :-)

If you don't want to open a new browser window, then, you should use:

<a href="noframe.html" target="_top">No frame</a>

Use the <noframe> tag if you want your visiter to load the "no frame" page automatically.

Here's an example:

<NOFRAME>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="10;URL=noframe.html">
</head>
<Body>
Wait 10 seconds or <a href="Main.html">click here</a> for the no frame version of my homepage.
</Body>
</NOFRAME>
