In order to invoke an asynchronous sound routine, I have to pass a function pointer to that subroutine. What is the proper syntax to set the value of that pointer?
Example:

void   myRoutine(void);
....
ProcPtr    mypointer;
....
mypointer = ???????

It didn't, but I was using a pointer to a Completion Procedure:

NewSndCallBackProc(myRoutinename)

did work.
