First of all, get Perl 5.  See http://www.perl.com/.

There's a ready-made script to have the contents of a form sent by e-mail at http://www.worldwidemart.com/scripts/readme/formmail.shtml

You shouldn't have too much trouble just grabbing those two and using them, but if you'd like a better understanding of what's going on, there's a CGI tutorial meant for nonprogrammers at http://lightsphere.com/dev/class/.

Enjoy your foray into CGI!

Not only answer my question, but pointed me in
a direction where I could learn more about nuts & bolts
of CGI files.
Thank you
