create and extract tar files on sun

When I create a tar file, and one of the files doesn't have write permission to other (-rw-rw-r--)it does not extract correctly, because the file opens with the tar creator ownership and the one that opens the tar file does not have permission to change the file.

try the o flag when yoy extract the archive
