WINAT.EXE backup utility

I am doing some volunteer network admin for my church and am looking for an easy (and cheap) way to automate backups on the server.  Can anyone tell me where on the internet I might find WINAT.EXE or something similar?

Once you've downloaded and installed winat, use the command "ntbackup backup" with options. If you do a help search on ntbackup you can find the command line options.
Then set this command to run whenever you need it to in winat. You can also use the program "at" if you don't want to wait to download winat. Both are easy and intuitive.
