I had NS 4.03 also. This problem also happend to Me. My advice
is get rid of version 4.03, it has to many bugs. Version 4.0
works fine & I have had no problems with it. So try get that
version insteed. I have contacted netscape about this problem
but I have had no answers yet.

The problem with this is generally due to the fact that netscape is trying to use the same part of memory as another process when it is closing. To fix this totally uninstall netscape and remove any registry info for it. then run defrag and scandisk. Then reinstall. This fixes it about 99% of the time. If it doesn't work then repeat this process and it should work fine from there in.
