I have a query shown by a DBGrid on a PageControl and the Grid won't refresh after updating on of the files. I have RequestLive=True and tried the methods query.refresh,dbgrid.refresh,pagecontrol.refresh and form.refresh what else is there to try?

One way to be completely sure a TQuery updates is to close then open it again. eg:

...
Query1.Close;
Query1.Open;
...

Takes a bit of time but might be your only solution
