How do I tell QuickReport 2.0i (D3) which printer to print to based on a Printer Setup Dialog?  A correct anwer will not include any reference to preview and might include pointers to documentation where I could have found the answer myself...

The only thing you have to do is to call the PrinterSetup method of the TQuickRep component before calling Print, this way:

MyQuickRep.PrinterSetup;
MyQuickRep.Print;

It works for me since version 2.0i, but not before.

No pointers to documentation anywhere?  How do I get the 2.0i documentation?
