Forms 4.5 cant't find libraries

I'm using Forms 4.5.8.1.2 ( developer 2000 1.5w )
When I try to open any demo that has a library linked I receive the following message:
 FRM-10054 - Can't attach the library xxxx.
The library is located in the directory
 %Oracle_Home%/Forms45/plsqllib
and the registry has correctly defined the variable
 FORMS45_PATH = "%Oracle_Home%/Forms45/plsqllib;%Oracle_Home%/Forms45/demos/start;...."

Any suggestions ?

The Registry value should be less than 30 chars (something like that).  Check the documentation and make sure the path is concise
and keep only the required values.  This should solve it.

The problem is the length, but I need ALL the values.
I supuse I have to make a big directory and move all the libraries to that big bag of ... libraries.
