"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Call Microsoft and ask them to tell you if someone is really an MCSE.  The fastest way is to see the certificate your self.

I had exactly the same query few months ago. I couldnot find any search engine which could give me this kind of info. Contacting Microsoft was indeed a good suggestion, I have tried that also, but sending around 40 to 50 Emails to Microsoft's various Mail Boxes, just failed since there was no answer from either of them.

I suggest you to put this querry in comp.sys.hardware news group.
