How can I get the source code of al algorithm for programming a print spooler?

One the better ways is to look for it on the internet.  There tons of source code out there that can be download and used free ( as long as you give credit).

Can you please give an address?? I have visited several locations but with no success and I really need the source code!!

Maybe you can achieve the same objective just by installing a printer MONITORING AGENT in your selected printer.  Note however this only work on WINDOWS NT.
