Mac 7.5.5, 6500/250/33.6 geoport internal modem. Using either AICK or FreePPP if encounters engaged tone the modem locks out. If I try &quot;retry&quot; the dialog &quot;the modem could not estabvlish a connect with the remote server&quot;...but it does even get around to trying to re-dial. I have to use express modem control panel to switch the modem on/off again.<br />

If I try "retry" the dialog "the modem could not estabvlish a connect with the remote server"...but it does even get around to trying to re-dial. I have to use express modem control panel to switch the modem on/off again.
