How 2 read the VTOC (Volume Table Of Contents) ?

How do I read the VTOC from a CD-Rom from a Win32-application for instance using DeviceIOControl ?
(In DOS/Win16 did it work with Interrupt: 2F function: 1505)

There is no DeviceIOCTL to just READ a disk sector..
DeviceIOCTL is a method to interface with a VxD which
can then issue a 16bit call like your old 3.1 app.
So, the answer is you CAN'T with DeviceIOCTL alone...
you'll need the DDK or VToolsD (www.vireo.com) and msvc 4.0
or greater to make a VxD.
