How can Icreate my own Guestbook?

I would like to know how to create my own Guestbook with
CGI-script. Someone told me that I have to use Pearl. If anyone has a the answer then let me know. Thank you.

You need to use CGI, but not necessarily PERL, although using PERL is probably the easiest.

If you want to use PERL, you need to have PERL installed on your server, also you need to have the rights to put a cgi program on your server.  You don't need to write your own code, there are lots of such scripts on the net.  Simply do a search and I am sure you can find some source code that you can use.
