Yes, your advice worked perfectly. &nbsp;I should have mentioned that the problem happens in Office 95, it does not effect Office 97 at all. &nbsp;The MS Word 96 plugin directory was actually \startup\ in Office 95 though.<br />

I install GroupWise(4,5,5.1,5.2) on a workstation with any installation type(Standard,Workstation)<wbr /> and have the MS Word or MS Excel addon installed. Then I go to run MS Word(or MS Excel), and it crashes when it gets into it.<br />

My solution was to not install it, that worked for about a year. &nbsp;Then someone thought it would be funny to have the users upgrade their own. &nbsp;They did not uncheck this option. &nbsp;They are all messed up. Why does this happen? &nbsp;How can I fix it, besides deleting MS Word and MS Excel and Re-Installing them?
