I install GroupWise(4,5,5.1,5.2) on a workstation with any installation type(Standard,Workstation) and have the MS Word or MS Excel addon installed. Then I go to run MS Word(or MS Excel), and it crashes when it gets into it.
My solution was to not install it, that worked for about a year. Then someone thought it would be funny to have the users upgrade their own. They did not uncheck this option. They are all messed up. Why does this happen? How can I fix it, besides deleting MS Word and MS Excel and Re-Installing them?
