Hi ...

I developed an application using Delphi 2.0  my application contains :

1) Reports using reportsmith.
2) Databases - Paradox (using aliases)
3) Graphs in the reports

I need to transfer my application to another Pc that does not have Delph 2.0 or any of the Delphi 2.0 programs on it.

What files do I need to transfer wilth the compiled application to ensure that it will operate properly ?

Well, you need to install ReportSmith Runtime, BDE, your executables and files that your executables use. If you use graphics loading them at runtime, of course you need to deploy them, but if you load them at designtime, then Delphi automatically includes them as resources, so you don't need th deploy them. If you use third party libraries or components that need additional DLL's, OCX, etc the only way to know how to install it is reading their manuals.
To install the BDE (Borland Database Engine) you need one certified installer because it's very complex. With your Delphi2 copy you have one of this installation tools (InstallShield Express). With it you can easily create installation disks capable of install the BDE, ReportSmith and your own proyect alltogether in very little time.

It would be nice to have some sort of program
which'll check your .EXE and report you of
the DLLs and stuff needed.... don't you think?
