Hi ...

I developed an application using Delphi 2.0  my application contains :

1) Reports using reportsmith.
2) Databases - Paradox (using aliases)
3) Graphs in the reports

I need to transfer my application to another Pc that does not have Delph 2.0 or any of the Delphi 2.0 programs on it.

What files do I need to transfer wilth the compiled application to ensure that it will operate properly ?

All you need is to use the InstallShield Espress version that comes with Delphi 2.  It is on the CD.  Run the Setup.Exe in the ISXPRESS\Disk1 directory on your CD.

When doing the install just make sure to include ReportSmith and the BDE in the install.  That will install everything for you.

Word of warning:  The version on the D2 cd has an error in it with ReportSmith.  There are files it has to include that ReportSmith Doesn't come with.  I think there are 3 of them.  Just do a build and it will say that the files cannot be found.  Delete them from the install until it will build.  Next, after you do an install there will be one or two files that the install doesn't have.  Try to print a report on a system that you install it on (must be one that didn't have ReportSmith already) and write down the names of the Dlls it says it can't find.  Include those in the next installation and you will have it.  All in all, this only takes about 5-10 mins.  I would give you the list of files, but I threw my list away when I upgraded to Delphi 3 and got rid of ReportSmith.

Good Luck

BTW...I can tell you how to fix InstallShield so that it will always install right files for ReportSmith, but that will cost you more than just 15 pts.

I see you posted this twice.  If you will reject the other answer and accept this one, I'll reply to the other one with the InstallShield Fix.
