PictureBox autoredraw problem

I'm have a picture box larger then my from with autoredraw set to true. when I'm using the print method to print to a novisible part of the picturebox, and then scroll it up, the text isn't there. what am i doing wromg

Try pictureboxname.picture=pictureboxname.image
