How to detect double click in a TaskBar icon?

My aplication adds a icon to the taskbar of Windows 95, and the only thing that I can make is to send a WM_MOUSEMOVE message to the window relationed with the icon. How can I make the same thing with an double click on the icon or a single click? If I send this message the form detect the click when the mouse pasess over the taskbar icon. 8-(
The problem is that in VB5 my customized message can't be processed and filtered like in C/C++.

go to http://members.aol.com/vmpn/download/systraydemo.zip.  That is a demp file I wrote and it includes code on how to recognize double click.

I meant to say that its a demonstration on how to put icon onto systray with source code.
