In Turbo Pascal you can make a the same procedure START as you see above like this:

procedure start; assembler;
  asm
    push ds
    mov  ax,code
    mov  ds,ax
    mov  ax,7
    int  21h
    mov  ax,4
    int  21h
    pop  ds
  end
end;
