base64 encoding

does anyone have a procedure for a base64 encoder (for files, not strings like the one in swag)? i'd apreciate it if someone could send it my way.. thanks.

muencode.pas is what you are looking for.

Get it at one of these sites

The entire Pascal source-code is available. There is also a file genericf.pas which contains lots of useful generic functions.

Note: This program handle both 'MIME base64 encode' and 'uuencode'
