I am using macirc and do not know how to receive pics when offered.  They are announced in the channels box, and on my message box.  I cannot find a tool that is labeled "get".  Usually the pics are announced and never come. What do I do?

All file transfers over IRC are done using whats called DCC. Im not sure whether macirs supports it as yet but if it does you would get files by either opening your dcc window (which will list the files being offered to you) and clicking "get" or by typing /dcc get <the nick of the sender>. There should be some documentation with it that will explain all the various options for dcc getting and sending etc.

this was shareware, so I have no documentation......and said I cannot find a get button....but will try the command and see if it works.
