I wish a example or documentation of cgi with personal web server, with most of languages as posible, especially VB4, ¿Can anybody help me?

There are a ton of CGI examples at this site.  There are examples of VB code, as well.  Like with most CGI stuff, you will need some kind of modules to parse the HTML headers.  Check out the CGI4VB module in the Libraries and Modules section.  It's a very nice VB interface.
